Q: Are you factory or trading comany?

A: We are factory ,our company is half an hour to factory, welcome anybody who want to visit our factory.

Q: Do you accept small orders like trial order?

A: Yes, we can accept trial orders like 3000pcs, 5000pcs.

Q: Can you send us samples before we place order?

A: Of course ,generally we prepare clear/white colors as samples,and samples can be arranged in 1-3days for free with freight collect.

Q: How if i want to make our own printing?

A: We have silk screen printing, heat transfer printing and in mould labelling , tell us colors in your logo we will recommend suitable printing ways for you .

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: 30% T/T deposit, the balance before shipment.

Q: Whats the process of the whole order?

A: After you confirmed final order we will make PI for you,if everthing is ok you can arrange deposit payment , then after we received we will start to produce your order, when order finished we will take photos for you ,then you pay us the rest payment we arrange delivery for you after that.
