Semi-finished products stacking system 

Equipment function and characteristics:Exactly cutting the board into designated specification during production flow, no damage to the products and moulds, reducing labor cost and lower working strength. Consists of rack, cutting walking frame, cutting saw, clamping part, open sections, length part, electrical control system etc.

Mold releasing system 

Composition:  PLC automatic controlling system for mould releasing,  Automatic mould releasing machine, Automatic stacker for mould, Automatic stacker for mould bracket, Mould cleaning machine

Board cutting system 

1) PLC automatic controlling system for board cutting:Automatic controlling system for cutting dust collecting stacking of formed boards.

2) Flow line cutting machine: Cutting the formed board into designated specification, making edge smoothtidy, reducing error, so as to make the board more beautiful.

3) Automatic stacker for finished products: Automatic stacking cut boards.

4) Impulsive dust collector: During cutting process of formed boards, bag dust collector is adopted to reducing the pollution of production environment; and the collected dust can be used again, which can lower the cost much.

Other ancillary facility 

1) Mould bracket:Holding the mould to protect the formed board from being out of shape during conveying and maintenance process.

2)Platform of steel-structure: Placing mixing and measuring system

3)Automatically conveying system: Conveying formed sheets into maintenance room; conveying maintenanced sheets into cutting area;conveying cleaned moulds to the front of formed machine;

conveying cleaned mould sheet to the end the formed machine.
