The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees high-efficiency extrusion. 
Our PE pipe extrusion machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running etc.
 The standard PE pipe extrusion machine include: material charger, SJ series single screw 
extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker.
The main electrics for PE pipe extrusion machine only adopt Siemens motor, siemens contactor,
ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.
 All of our PE pipe extrusion machine will be tested before delivery, and we will invite our cients to 
come and testing the whole line with us together.

This production line is developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the international advanced technology, the important parts of screw and die head are specially designed according to the properties of PP-R material. The electrical control uses frequency control, all the main electric parts are imported famous brand products; the total production line has the advantages of high output, stable quality, small deviation of the products, etc. therefore, it is the first-rate equipment in the plastic machinery industry. Meanwhile, this production line is suitable to produce the PP-C, PE-X cross-link pipe and the polyolefin pipes. Our company will offer formula, crafts and turn-key project.

If the equipment fails due to the quality of the machine during one year, we will provide replacement and the repair Free of Charge. after One Year customer must pay for Spare Parts, we will provide long-term technical assistance.
