PPR PIPE PRODUCTION LINE
1. LD=38, double mixer and barrier screw, which can ensure 100% plasticization before going into die, with spiral groove on
feeding part,itincreases 30% of productivity.
2. Die with spiral mandrel, it ensures no delay in the flow channel which can improve pipe quality. Particular disc design on
calibration sleeveswhich ensures high speed extrusion.
3. It's for high speed extruding PE, PPR, PPH and PE -RT etc, linear speed is up to 35 m/min.
