This machine is suitable for shoe boot vamp shaping molding........
Machine Features:
1.This machine is with infrared ray accuracy position of the boot vamp for best shaping effect,precise positioning.
2.It is suitable for any curve of boot vamp shaping,all vamp sizes can be shaping by this machine,no need re-cutting materials,save materials cost.
3.All materials can be shaping by this machine,such as PU or leather,it is can be used for boots vamps shaping ,also can be used for shoes uppers shaping after changing the mold.
4.The shaping mold can be customized according to your boots,the mold is durability.
5.In normally temperature set 90℃,the boot vamp will be shaped,save power,after shaping, there is no knife mark on the vamp, it will not break, it will not with wrinkle.
6.Precise positioning,save materials cost,save processing procedure,short shaping time,perfect shaping effect.
P.S: Shaping temperature,shaping time depends on your actual materials.
