1.CD1/MD1: wire rope electric hoist is a kind of light duty lifting equipment with advantages of tight structure, light dead weight, small volume. 2.They can be installed on the straight or curve I-section steel beam of single beam cranes. 3.Also be used together with Electric Hoist Double beam gantry cranes and jib cranes. 4.These have made the electric hoists common in industrial and mining enterprises, railway, wharfs and warehouses etc.

1.CD1/MD1 options include deck/base mount or lug suspended hoists, top-running or under-slung trolley / hoist configurations. 2.The traveling configurations hoists usually can be installed separately on suspension I-steel runway (straight or curve) or box beam. 3.They be incorporated into lifting system such as sing/double girder crane, cantilever crane, and gantry crane, and so on.

Reducer

1.Use three helical gear transmission mechanism, gears and gear shafts are made with heat-treated alloy steel. 2.box and box cover are made of high quality cast iron, the assembly is tightly sealed. 3.Reducer as a self-contained part that is convenient to loading and unloading.

Wire Rope

Use GB1102-74 (6 * 37 +1)-type lifting rope, which ensures durability.

Conical Motor

1.Lifting starting torque and running motor with a longer prototype rotor brake motor, no need to add brake. 2.The 25% duty cycle motor, motor with B grade or F grade insulation, electrical protection class IP44 or IP54.

Control Box

1.Used in an emergency to cut off the main circuit, and with a trip up and down off the fire protection stopper device. 2.To ensure the safe operation of electric hoist electrical components, long life, only reliable.
