Q1: What is the Warranty for the led strips?
A1: For the led strips,we have 3 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What is your led strip colour temperature?
A2: the led strip have warm, natural,pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K).

      The lower the colour temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED:

we can controll the color temperutre very well ,our led strip is small tolerance of the CCT +- 100K.

Warm white = 2000-2200k ,2300-2500k,2600-2800k,2800-3000k

Natural white = 4000K-4500K
Pure white = 5500K-6500K
Cool white above 7000K

Q3: What is your led strip CRI?
A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost.For LED strip,

       our 3528 and 5050 led strip CRI>95Ra , 2835 5630 3014 led strip CRI>80Ra

Q4:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A4: For small led strip order,express will be best. And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
       For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.

Q5:what's your led strip order leadtime?
A5: the sample order leadtime will be 3-5days .

       the big order leaddtime will be 10-12days,

Q6:whether Rebow can do custom assembly or offer OEM led strip?

A6: rebow has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We also want to apply the experience to LED luminaires as we have good design and engineering team. Because we have our own CNC processing machines we can quickly work out prototype for LEDstrip. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
