Main Features

1) Main body construction: heavy gauge Steel Plate with powder coating, and with stainless steel floor to minimize particle generation.

2) Mechanical or electrical interlock: helps preventing premature or mistaken opening of the pressure-sealed doors.
3) An Emergency Stop push button: will override the operating cycle to release the door locks immediately.
4) A power failure safety function: the door locks will open automatically, while power is fail accidentally, to protect workers from dangers.
5) Interior fluorescent lamp and flush windows: for best visibility and safety.
6) All units come standard with Programmable microprocessor control, touch panel, and timer w/LED Display.
7) With Auto, Stop, Manual, Emergency Stop function keys.
8) An optional timer, which deactivates interlock system 5 seconds after air shower clean mode finished, is available.
9) Customized size and specification are available to meet customer's requirements.

Handle

Adopt stainless steel handle, thick stainless steel base board and stainless steel nozzle as basic configuration.

Control Panel

The control system is used for automatic control of air shower, cargo shower room and wind tunnel.The interlock and unlocking of internal and external doors can be realized automatically.

HEPA

The high efficiency filter is mainly used for collecting particle dust and various suspended objects under 0.5um, as the end filtration of various filtration systems.

Nozzle

Stainless steel nozzle, the height of both sides is no less than 1m. In addition, most of the nozzles used in the air shower room are directional adjustable. Easy maintance, low noise and big air flow volume 220V/380V optional.

Quality Spare Parts

Primary filter and imported infrared sensor, automatic induction and automatic blowing. Induction distance is 2m. It automatically starts all the system after induce the person, so as to achieve automatic blowing. Professional in spare part selection reliable quality.
