Difference between clear tempered glass & extra clear tempered glass

A- Low iron no self explosion basically, but clear float tempered will have three per thousand self explosion rate.

B- We can see there is no different between clea float glass and iron glass at first time, but at side, low iron biased light blue or ultra clear, clear float biased green.

High quality ultra clear float glass as raw materials, as we know there is different type of glass, sometimes the cost will be different, some factories will use natural gas as purification, others will use electricity or coal, the natural gas have a high cost, but the purification will be the best, top quality, but others may have any impurities, that's will lead self-explosion(our products reach one per thousand) when tempered, and also will not have a long service time.

High production capacity, we own 3 tempered production line can meet 6000 SQM per day(5mm glass as example) finished glass. But the thickness should be the same in the production.

used in shower doors, table tops, glass walls, glass partitions, hand rails, door lights, etc.
12mm (1/2")
