Color tinted Tempered (ESG)glass is made by forming comprehensive stress on the surface of the glass and heating the glass up to its intenerating temperature and then make the glass uniform cooling quickly. For the tinted colored tempered glass except has the tempered glass feature,but also has the tinted glass function.

Why does tempered glass may Self-explosion?

Mainly because the nickel inside the glass destroys the tension and stress of the tempered glass, and the normal self-explosion rate is 3‰. One of the method to solve the self-explosion which is do heat soaked treatment, that is, let the tempered glass re-enter the furnace and  let the tension and stress of glass been relatively uniform, and the self-explosion rate of the tempered glass after finished heat saoked processed which is  is one-in-billion.

How to distinguish whether is tempered glass or not?
A.- The tempered glass looks colored /rainbow at the corners under the sunlight, and the sound of knocking on tempered glass which rather boring, and the sound of the that is not tempered glass is relatively crisp;
B.-  Break the 5x5cm tempered glass (taken from the opposite position of the glass) and check the number of particles. The normal standard that the number of glass particles should be more than 40 particles of 4-12mm thick glass, and the number of glass particles after 3mm or 15mm  glass should be more. At 30 capsules;
C.- After glass tempering, it cannot be changed or reprocessed.
