Description of food recycling machine waste recycling:

The kitchen garbage collection vehicle dumps the collected kitchen waste into the aggregate system, and sorts out inorganic impurities such as bottles, plastics, ceramics, etc. in the kitchen waste through the sorting system;

The remaining material is transported to the crusher via a conveyor belt for crushing. The crushed material has a particle size of about 20-30 mm. The crushed material is sent to a screw press for dehydration treatment, and the dehydrated solid material is used for rearing.

The oil-water mixture discharged from the screw press enters the sewage collection tank, and after oil-water separation by the oil-water separator, crude oil and sewage are obtained, and the crude oil is recovered. The sewage still contains high organic matter, and the macromolecular substances are first filtered by an air flotation machine to reduce the contents of COD, BOD, ammonia, nitrogen and organic matter.

The sewage enters the sewage treatment system for treatment and reaches the tertiary emission standard for discharge
