Application
 
The integrated steel bar scanner is a portable and non-destructive testing instrument for the inspection and evaluation of the construction quality of reinforced concrete structures. It can measure the position, orientation and distribution of steel bars, the thickness of protective layers of steel bars, etc. It can also detect and evaluate magnetic bodies and electrical conductors in non-magnetic and non-conductive media. This instrument can be applied to urban construction fields such as real estate, highway bridges, and engineering construction supervision.

1. The display waveform scanning mode is intuitive, and the detection and analysis of densely distributed steel bars are intuitive.
2. The concrete thickness detection mode displays the thickness of the protective layer intuitively and accurately, and can display the spacing of the existing steel bars.
3. It can detect the position between two steel bars, and the indicator light indicates the position of the steel bar.
4. Grid/section scan, waveform scan can measure up to 30m in length.
5. With storage, viewing, deletion and other functions, it can store 12,000 components or 200,000 measuring points.
6. USB/Bluetooth data transfer, which can store stored data to the computer via USB/Bluetooth.
7. PC data analysis software, data processing and report generation is simple (3D imaging).
8. 2.8-inch high-resolution color LCD screen (320 × 240 pixels).
9. External large capacity 18650 lithium battery, easy to transport, low power circuit design, can work for about 30 hours after the battery is full.
