I.Introduction:

The instrment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China Standard GB/T 8018-2015 Gasoline Oxidation Stability Assay (Induction Period Law), applicable to the requirements specified in GB/T 8018-2015 standards. Accelerated oxidation of gasoline under oxidation conditions.

The instrument also meets the test requirements specified in the ASTM D525 standard.

II. Main technical features

1, desktop structure, integrated design, test part and control part combined into one, high integration, no external computer, no mouse and keyboard.

2, using built-in IPC, automatic mode of work, 10.1-inch color touch screen, Windows7 operating system, full Chinese interface, simple and clear, beautiful appearance, easy to operate.

3, change the traditional water bath for the metal bath, no pollution, no water, operation and use more convenient.

4. Two-hole design, can test two samples at the same time, more convenient for users to do parallel sample test.

5, a perfect thermal insulation system, both to save energy and avoid the risk of operator burns.

6. The integrated design of the oxygen bomb and the test system is equipped with an automatic pressure relief protection device for the over-pressure of the bomb body, which is more safe to use.

7. The color display shows two oxygen bomb test graphs, time and pressure correspondence data, two oxygen bomb synthesis graphs, oxygen bomb pressure and temperature real-time data in real time. The time axis of the graph will automatically follow. The actual length of the curve changes, up to 3000 minutes, a wide range of adaptation, and the test conditions are straightforward.

8. The software design has a high degree of automation. It automatically completes a series of operations. The human-computer dialogue interface is friendly and guides the user to correctly perform the operation process and avoid errors.

9. The design of the oxygen bomb positioning hole can facilitate the operator to disassemble the oxygen bomb cover in the hole, and also facilitate the placement of the oxygen bomb before and after the test.

I. Specification:

1, the working power: AC (220 ± 10%) V, 50Hz.

2, heating tube power: less than 1000W, the actual heating power is automatically controlled by the computer.

3, pressure measurement range: (0 ~ 1600) kPa, accuracy: ± 2 ‰.

4, metal bath temperature control point: 100.0 °C ± 0.1 °C.

5, thermometer: equipped with a glass mercury thermometer, can correct the system temperature.

6, the ambient temperature: ≤ 40 °C.

7, relative humidity: ≤ 85%.
