I. Description:
TBTTLGG-1 three-station rail pulsation fatigue tester is based on China's orbit practical needs of fatigue testing in research institutes of transportation engineering testing, specially designed and developed a multifunctional pulsating fatigue test system. Adopt 800ml large displacement pulsating hydraulic station, according to the actual needs of fatigue test technical conditions, multi-channel synchronous loading or single-channel independent loading, to achieve multi-functional, high-efficiency, energy-saving operation, and environmental protection.
The working principle of the MW series electro-hydraulic pulsating hydraulic station uses the "electric-mechanical-hydraulic" energy conversion system. It has a clever design concept, scientific principles, reasonable structure, stable performance, reliable operation, low energy consumption, low noise, normal temperature operation, and no water cooling. The operating energy consumption is only one-twentieth of the electro-hydraulic servo fatigue test system with the same specifications and performance. The energy saving effect is very significant. It is a large-scale fatigue test equipment that is truly energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The field has unique advantages.
It is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties and fatigue life of large components and building structures. The machine is equipped with corresponding test loading attachments to achieve typical concrete or steel structures such as beams, columns, plates, frames, sleepers, rails and their welded joints, bridges (full-scale), steel trusses, rubber bearings, railway fasteners Static loading of assembly, steel wire anchors, cables, large deformed springs, slings, rigging, ring joints, automobile chassis, automobile front and rear axles, locomotive bogies, large-diameter precision-rolled rebar, highway pavement structures, etc. Dynamic load performance test and fatigue life test.
II. Main Configuration:
Mainly consists of 1 set of pulsating hydraulic station, 1 frequency conversion main motor, 1 full digital measurement and control system, 1 set of frequency conversion controller, 500kN high response and low damping. 3 actuators, 1 Advance tech industrial control computer system, 1 data acquisition and processing system, 1 pulsating fatigue test system software, 1 set of three-station portal-type reflexive force loading frame with maximum load of 1500kN, safety It consists of 3 sets of protection devices, 6 sets of special attachments for sleeper fatigue, 3 sets of hydraulic seamless steel pipe connection system (including 3 sets of high-pressure oil circuit cutoff valves), 3 sets of actuator stroke safety protection devices, etc. With concrete foundation installation to do the test.
