7EL-AC/0.9 drive wheel is a multi-purpose mechanism,which makes the power,the transmission and the brake integrated.The electromotor is arranged vertical with the drive shaft and they are connected by a two levels gears decelerator.One level of the decelerators is the Gleason Spiral bevel gears.So this device features with steady transmission,low noise and strong load capacity while operating.

    Floating bearing with screw in the outer ring is installed in top of the decelerator and it can be mounted to the frame parts through screws directly.So it is very convenient to disassemble and assemble,what’s more it is advantageous to realize the manual and power steering operating.

    When AC motor which has speed detecting and heat sensitive sensor matching with Electrically controlled equipment being equipped in the drive wheel,it will guarantee that the transmission can be frequency controlled and feedback.And also, it will make the power transmission reliable and safe, flexible to manipulate,wide range to regulate speed and to save energy.As so many excellent performances mentioned above,this drive wheel can be widely adopted in the driven system of industrial used transporting vehicles.
