1. Frozen meat hardness requirements

2. Frozen meat temperature:normal control 35.6-59degrees Fahrenheit

3. Detection method: the hardness of frozen meat can be felt by hand and pinched with fingers. If the pinch is deep, it means the meat is soft. It can make it impossible to cut meat and skim meat with a knife.

4. Fresh meat must be frozen for 48 hours in a refrigerated environment below 50 degrees Fahrenheit before slicing.

Machine atten dance:

In order to ensure the hygiene of food, the machine parts that are cleaned in contact with food after use can be washed by water. Please choose non-toxic and non-corrosive types when cleaning. After using the blade, please clean and wipe the blade, and then smear cooking oil maintenance.

The method of sharpening the knife:

1. When the blade is not sharp, please take the blade off the knife.

2. The angle of the blade edge: the left side of the blade edge is a straight blade surface, and the right side is an inclined blade surface. And the included angle of the inclined edge surface and the straight edge surface is 18 degrees.

3. First soak the grinder through in the water, face the oblique edge of the blade down, hold both ends of the blade with both hands, and lean the oblique edge surface of the blade against the grindstone plane so that the oblique edge surface coincides with the working face of the grinder face (the angle between the oblique edge surface and the straight edge surface is 18 degrees). Push the blade back and forth grinding, and move left and right.

3.The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try them best to save your container quantity.
