The application of UE210AN20Z filter element:

(1)Filter element is mainly used for the filtration of the hydraulic system of the rolling mill and the continuous casting machine and the filtration of various lubricating equipment.
Product use:  filter element should be installed at the suction port of the pump: a surface oil filter is generally installed on the suction line of the pump, the purpose is to filter out larger impurity particles to protect the hydraulic pump, and the filter The capacity should be more than twice the pump flow, and the pressure loss should be less than 0.02MPa.
(2) The filter element is installed on the outlet oil circuit of the pump:
The purpose of installing the oil filter here is to filter out pollutants that may invade valves and other components. The filtration accuracy should be 10-15μm, and it can withstand the working pressure and impact pressure on the oil circuit, and the pressure drop should be less than 0.35MPa. The safety valve prevents clogging of the oil filter.
(3) The filter element is installed on the oil return line of the system: this installation serves as an indirect filter. Generally, a back pressure valve is installed in parallel with the filter. When the filter is blocked and reaches a certain pressure value, the back pressure valve opens.
