Instrument Function: Laser Measurement for Bar&Tool 

 1. One-button measurement is used to measure the outer diameter, jump and true roundness of bars. At the same time, the micro-true roundness curve of bars'outer circle is automatically drawn, and the change of bar roundness can be analyzed from the micro-curve.

2. Measuring the milling cutter by one key, measuring the milling cutter's runout, maximum diameter, minimum diameter and average diameter by rotation; at the same time, automatically drawing the curve of the cutter's edge's outer diameter, enlarging the curve locally, and analyzing the height of each edge from the curve micro-graph.

3. Measuring reamer by one key, measuring reamer's runout by rotation, maximum diameter, minimum diameter and average diameter; at the same time, automatically drawing the curve of the edge's outer diameter, enlarging the curve locally, and analyzing the height of each edge from the micro-graph.

4. The instrument is driven axially automatically. It can automatically distinguish the end face of the tool. It can set the specified length, carry out automatic multi-section measurement, and at most 4 sections can be measured automatically.

5. Automatically control the rotation measurement of the support, and automatically select the appropriate speed according to the diameter of the shaft. The speed band software has built-in speed regulation function to adapt to the speed adjustment of the blades of different sizes (sometimes different sizes of the blades of the handle)

6. Automatically recording measurement data and printing out measurement data
