 Sure, we have professional design team. before designing for you,  please offer us your area CAD file and tell us your budget , the style or theme.  Then we can make the  perfect water park design for you. 

 6. What is your warranty of the water slides ?

 The warranty is 12 months while the lifetime is 10-15 years.It is durable and anti-corrosion.

 7.What is the payment term ?

 Our payment is T/T , 30% deposit and the 70% balance before shipping.

 8.  Can you design the playground according to our yard?

 Yes, we accept OEM. The design team can make suitable design basing on the real field avoiding barrier.

 9.We haven’t imported before, can you ship the goods to our warehouse?

 Yes. Although our usually trade term is EXW, FOB, we can also arrange transportation to your warehouse.

 10 . How to assemble the equipment once we received it?

  The install instruction will be provided. Of course our skilled installation worker will go to your country and install the equipment if needed.

 11.What is your MOQ?

 At least 1 set.

 12.How to maintain and clean the outdoor playground equipment?

 When the slide has been stopped for a long time, the color of the cloth should be  covered and package fiberglass water slide, to avoid the sun, delaying the aging of the slide surface coating.

 13.Do you have any certificate of the outdoor playground equipment?

 Yes, we have  ISO,CE,TUV certificate.
