ACSR Cable consisting aluminium and galvanized steel wires, built up in concentric layers. The centre wires are steel and outer layer aluminium wires.

Applications

ACSR Cable consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium.ACSR Cable conductor is available ina range of steel strengthsvarying from 6% up to 40%. The higher strength  acsr raven1/0 are used for river crossings.

have different tensile strengthsas per requirement. The principal advantage of these conductors are their high tensile strength and light weight, covering longer spans
