High Frequency MY-D028A Medical Diagnostic X-ray Apparatus R&F Digital X-ray Machine System

The manufacturer will be liable for security, reliability and performance of the equipment under the following circumstances:
*Assembling, debugging, operation and maintenance are conducted by authorized personnel;
*Electric utilities in the room are complying with related provisions;
*The equipment is operated in accordance with user’s manual.

Packaging, storage and transportation requirements:
The product shall be packaged, stored and transported as per the provisions of YY/T 1099-2007 Packaging, Transportation and Storage for Medical X-ray Equipment.
The packaged products shall be adapted to transportation by air, rail, ship and tertiary highways.

The products shall be stored in:
1)Temperature: -15℃~55℃
2)Relative humidity: ≤90%
3)Atmospheric pressure: 50kPa~106kPa
4)Indoor environment with on corrosive gas;
Articles exceeding 30kg shall not be stacked on the packing case.

 Intended use:
This digital X-ray apparatus with radiography function applies to clinical diagnosis.

Contraindication:
· This unit does not apply to long-time guided interventional operation.
· Pregnant woman shall use with caution.

Main structure of the equipment

The equipment is mainly composed of diagnostic table, X-ray high voltage generator, medical X-Ray apparatus console, X-ray tube assembly, electric collimator, flat panel detector and DR image capture workstation, refer to Fig. 1.

Diagnostic table
· Adopting transducer control technology, the coach operates with soft start, soft stop and stably with no noise and accurate positioning.
· Reliable and precise angular displacement sensor technology reduces dynamic noise and prolongs mechanical life.
· 90°~0°~-25° of rotating area enables both conventional digestive organ examination and special examinations.
· Close-control switch with humanized design facilitates positioning for bedside operation.
· With wide rotating area and adopting the operation mode of moving equipment instead of moving patient, DR detector may easily examine the head, chest, abdomen and four limbs with radiographic examination technology.

Generator
• Generator with X-ray radiography function; the maximum output power is 50 kW.
• Output voltage: 150kV.
• Adopting smaller and lighter modular design.
• Constant ray output may be adjusted and realized through kV and mA during expositing.
• System configuration facilitates user operation.
• The operator may modify APR technique item.
• APR/ ray bulb tube data available for download.
• All sorts of automatic diagnostic programs with prompt messages to the operator.
• Serial RS232 communication interface is equipped.
• Programming separately for APR operation or both APR and manual operation technique items.

DR image capture workstation
• Local registration, adding new patient, and editing information of existing patients.
• Select one item from defined projection protocol for projection.
• Associate current examination with the unique number (e.g. accession number).
• Select output destination of the image (e.g. printer or imaging diagnosis workstation).
• Adjust exposure technical parameter setting.
• Expose to obtain X-ray image.
• Preview the image, accept or refuse; give explanation in case of refusal.
• Reason of refusal (send the accepted image to pre-selected output destination.
• Save unfinished examination, and the unfinished image may be shot at other time.
• After shooting images for one examination, stop such examination.
• Re-send the image.
• Get task list from RIS/HIS.
• Re-process the obtained image.
• Modify information of patient from whom the image has been obtained.
• Re-print the image.
