Technical indicators:

1, the temperature drops below the preset value or can not cool down

(1) The compressor is damaged or not opened, replace the compressor and check the compressor circuit and control components for damage.

(2) Refrigerant leakage, use nitrogen leak detection method to find the leak point, weld, vacuum, add refrigerant, re-commission

(3) Solenoid valve is abnormal, replace the solenoid valve, check the solenoid valve control circuit

(4) Capillary clogging, replacing the capillary, replacing the dry filter, blowing the condensing system impurities with nitrogen, adding refrigerant debugging

(5) The condenser freezes, heats up the moisture in the tank, and then cools down.

2, the temperature rises below the preset value or can not heat up

(1) The heating tube is damaged, and the heating tube is replaced.

(2) Solid state relay is damaged, replace solid state relay

3, the humidity does not reach the preset value or can not humidify

(1) The humidification pipe is damaged, and the humidification pipe is replaced.

4, humidity always shows 100% RH

5, the main power switch trip

(1) The total power of the equipment exceeds the total current of the power switch, and the appropriate power switch is replaced.

(2) Leakage of equipment, check compressor, motor, heating pipe, humidification pipe, condenser, fan, transformer, switching power supply, water pump and other components, insulation resistance and leakage current

6, leaking water

(1) Check whether the water pipe, water cup, humidifying bucket and water tank are normal. If there is any abnormality, use the raw material tape for inspection or seal with high temperature resistant neutral glass glue.

(2) Check whether the seal inside the box is normal, if there is abnormality, seal with high temperature resistant neutral glass glue.

(3) Check whether the refrigeration system is normal. If there is any abnormality, use insulation cotton to wrap the insulation.

7. Frost or ice in the box

(1) Long-term operation of low temperature causes the temperature to cool after drying at high temperature

(2) When the test is carried out, the door is often opened, and the door is not opened or opened as much as possible during the test.

(3) The circulating motor is damaged or the wind wheel is removed, the circulating wind wheel is replaced and the wind wheel is tightened.

8, the equipment is noisy

Detect the motor, wind wheel, condenser, fan, compressor, casing cover, etc.
