Potato Washing Peeling Machine	For thoroughly washing and peeling potatoes	High quality nylon brushes, brush length is customized.
Potato Cutter (to cut chips or strips)	For cutting potatoes into slices or strips	French fries size and potato chips thickness are all adjustable
Blanching Machine	Through 60-95 degree hot water blanching to inhibit the activity of the enzyme and maintains the original vivid color of the potato strips	After blanching, it can keep potatoes' color and inner soft taste. The heating source: Gas / Electricity / Diesel.
Dehydrator	For removing extra water after blanching in a short time.	The de-water time is adjustable.
Fryer	For frying potato chips or french fries	Frying time amd frying temperature (Room temperature to 300℃ ) can be adjustaed. Heating source: Gas/Electrcity
Deoiler	For removing extra oil after frying in a short time.	The de-oiling time is adjustable.
Seasoning Machine for potato chips	For seasoning potato chips.	You can add condiment even liquid when seasoning,

Detailed Description

Potato Peeling Machine

1. Washing and peeling capacity can be customized.

2. Made of SUS304 stainless steel and high quality nylon brush rollers.

1. This machine is used in frozen french fries production line.

2. The strips' size can be changed by adjusting blade from 7*7mm to 12*12mm.

3. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel with high speed stainless steel blades.
