Vacuum transformer oil purifier

ZJB type single stage vacuum insulating oil purifier is mainly used for the purification treatment of insulating oil for power transmission and transformation equipment below 220KV. It uses advanced "vacuum membrane separation method" and configures the most advanced multi-stage excellent and deep filtration device. The water, particulate impurities and metal particles in the insulating oil can be efficiently removed under the extremely low vacuum pressure.

The purifier adopts high-precision honeycomb filter element as pre-precision filter, and uses the washable stainless steel damper filter element as the post-precision filter to dampen the secondary pollutants of the fiber that may be detached from the pre-stage filter element, which overcomes the weak point that it’s easy to drop the wire when traditional purifier only using the fiber filter element or easy to drop dust when using use the sintered filter element.

Technical characteristics

1. The "vacuum film stretching and expansion technology" can break the oil emulsified structure quickly and completely, and remove the water under vacuum condition.

2. Due to its special structure and unique composite technology, the magnetic filter device has strong adsorption capacity and large filter area, and it is easier to clean the dirt filtered on the filter element.

3. The new WLX filter element of dirt retention accuracy 5 um, has strong decontamination capability, and can be repeatedly cleaned for long-term use, reduce the running costs.

After several times of purification by this purifier, the following indicators can be achieved:

Residual water: ≤7PPM   Dielectric strength: ≥60KV 

Residual gas: ≤0.3%        Nominal filtration accuracy: ≤5um
