ZYD double stages vacuum transformer oil purifier

ZJA Double stages vacuum insulating oil purifier is mainly used for purifying insulating oil for power transmission and transformation equipment of 500KV and above, and also for that below 500KV, and oil purification treatment for electrical equipments used to dry transformer by hot oil circulation. The purifier uses the double stages rotary vane vacuum pump as the foreline pump, the Roots vacuum pump as the secondary pump, so the pumping speed is more higher and the purification is more faster.

Technical characteristics

1. The purifier uses double stages rotary vane vacuum pump, which is stable and reliable. The vacuum system uses a Roots pump in combination with a vacuum pump for higher vacuum and faster dewatering.

2. Due to its special structure and unique composite technology, the magnetic filter device has strong adsorption capacity and large filter area, and it is easier to clean the dirt filtered on the filter element.

3. The new WLX filter element of dirt retention accuracy 5 um, has strong decontamination capability, and can be repeatedly cleaned for long-term use, reduce the running costs.

4. The vacuum system uses a vacuum pump oil circulation filter device to automatically circulate and filter the vacuum pump oil, and self cools the vacuum pump oil to prolong the service life of the vacuum pump and reduce the running costs.

After several times of purification by this purifier, the following indicators can be achieved:
