1.Where is your factory located? And How to visit our factory?
Our factory is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, near Shanghai.You can fly to Shanghai airport and go to Changzhou City by train or fly to Changzhou Benniu Airport diretly, then we will pick up you.All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
2.OEM available?
Yes sure, we have a minimum quantity requirement.
3.Are the samples acceptable?
Normally, the cost of samples are 20% higher than normal quotation. But all the cost will be deducted in following order. (freight charges not included)
4. Delivery time:
3-30days. Most of our products are in stock. It's based on purchasing amount.
5.How to deliver the goods?
Batch products: We suggest that the products can be delivered by sea, and we needs to know your destination port name to calculate the freight for you.
One or several products:We suggest that the products can be delivered by express or air.
express: Needs to know your detailed address to calculate the freight for you
Air: Needs to know your airport name to calculate the freight for you
1)Small products: Can be delivered express
2)Medium-sized products: Can be delivered by air or express
3)Large products: Can be delivered by sea
Shipping time: Sea > air > express
6.How to install the products?
We will send the install video to help you install the products if you have any installation problem.
7.What's the warranty of our products?
Warranty: 12 months after delivery, the free replacement parts will be delivered to you if the parts are damaged during one year. If exceed warranty period, we will also deliver the replacement parts to you. Our factory has gained ISO authentication and CE.
