Product Description
Front Aligned Oil Production Truck
Front aligned oil production truck is commonly known as "front bailing", which is mainly used for bailing oil from the wells that is on the edge of the oil field, low yield or inconvenient to lay the oil pipe. No need of ground guy line, the derrick can stand up conveniently and quickly, the drum wire rope is arranged neatly, the drum line is controlled in the control room, other controls are all in the chassis driving room.
Derrick locates on the top of truck’s cab when working. Crown block and pump are all in front of the truck, It is convenient to aim the wellhead. The operator operates in the car driving room.
Derrick with double section structure form, can scale backward and forward, up and down. Guide pulley is mounted under the derrick telescopic boom, its telescopic landing movements is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder, can meet the requirements of aiming wellhead, installing barrel oil pump and weight balancing.
