A: Free for standard items,only need to charge Express fee properly. (No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT...)
Customized samples need to charge sample fee.

A: If we are not in busy season, your ordered samples will be sent out to you about 3-10 days.

Q: What is the lead time for delivery?
A: In general we are able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 45-60days since order of confirmation fixed.

Q: Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A: Yes,And you also have two options as below:
(1)Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items.
(2)Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items.

A: Regarding OEM service, general MOQ of each design is 1000pcs per color, with best price.
