How does a steam generator work  

 1. Water supply system. Through a set of automatic control device to ensure the feedback of the float or probe during operation and control the opening and closing of the pump and the water supply. With the output of steam, the water level in the furnace tank continues to drop. When the water level is in the middle or low water level, the water pump automatically replenishes water, and when it reaches the high water level, the water pump stops.

2. Heating system. While producing steam output, the heating tube in the furnace continues to heat up, continuously producing steam.

3. Protect the system. When the electric heating steam generator leaks or malfunctions, the equipment immediately stops running; when it encounters a water shortage prompt, it can cut off the heating tube power supply and control the circuit in time to prevent the heating tube from being damaged by dry burning, and at the same time give a water shortage indication.
