Q1. Can you please offer sample?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, and can customized by what you want.

Q2. What is your packing method? 
A: Generally, our goods packed by carton, or wooden box. If you have legally registered patents, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T: 50% of the total amount should be paid after the order confirmed as down payment, and the balance to be paid before
shipping the goods out of our factory. (We will send you goods pictures before youpay the balance)

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. 

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order. 

Q6. Can you customized goods for us?
A: Yes, we can customized by your samples or technical drawings.

Q7. If you have any inspection or test for your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we do the inspection and test before finished goods.

Q8. Can we visit your factory?

A: Yes, we warmly welcome your visiting, and can pick up you at airport or train station.
