The working way of automatic eggs breaker and separator:

    The automatic eggs breaking and separating machine can break eggs and separate egg yolk and egg white. and there is a filter device which can filter impurities before eggs liquid entering the eggs liquid collect barrel,thus to ensure no egg shell debris in the final egg liquid.

    How to break eggs and separate egg yolk and white: The eggs being conveyed to the eggs knocking part by the conveyor and there are many gripper on the eggs breaking part. The eggs in the gripper through knocking, and eggs fall into the eggs cup, there is a small hole on the egg cup, the eggwhite falls into the below egg cup, thus to separate the egg yolk and white,Then the eggyolk and eggwhite being conveyed out through different outlet when the eggs breaking part running.

    The automatic eggs breaking and separating machine can meet breaking demand of both white shell eggs and red shell eggs. Egg liquid yield rate is not less than 85%(collected egg liquid total weight/total weight of the whole egg which entering the eggs breaking machine,take random samples of eggs for verification during acceptance.) The eggs gripper picking success rate is not less than 99%.

    After knocking the eggs, the egg shell should stay above the egg liquid collection tray for at least 5 seconds to ensure that the egg liquid in the egg shell enters the collection tray. The egg-beating device and the egg-liquid collection device of the eggs breaking machine are exposed in the space, easy cleaning.
