EN10204 3.2 Seamless Steel Pipe
ASTM A 106 GradeB, Straight ends with plastic protectors on both ends, outside protected with black lacquer, quality certificate according to EN10204/3.2/2004 TPI by BV.
Straightness 1.0 mm per mtr,
Ultrasonic test pass - ASTM E 213 -77.
We need the internal defect free Seamless pipe like crack, porosity, longitudinal discontinuities, as working pressure is 320 bar.
For inspection parameter, Use American standard ASTM E. 213-77 for Ultrasonic inspection testing of metal pipe (non destructive test ).
Hydrotest or new system mill NDE (Non Destructive Electric Test ) suitable for ST52 / ASTM A106 Grade B.
