1. The metal-free blade is fully made of polyurethane, its high strength, wear resistance and flexibility, low wearing and great smoothness make it no damage to the belt surface;

2. The I type design of the blade is suitable for belts running in two directions and works on the non-working surface of the belt based on the gravitational constant pressure. It can effectively clean materials falling on the non-working surface of the belt, reduce the material accumulated on the pulleys, prolong the service life of the pulleys and avoid belt deviation caused by material accumulated on the pulleys;

3. Splint design of the blade holder makes the blade easy to be maintained and replaced;

4. Installed on the non-working surface of the conveyor return belt;

5.
