Optical near infrared glass filter with hydrophobic coating for therapy tester

The central wavelength of far-infrared filter is generally within the range of 2.0um-25um. The film is coated with silicon wafer, germanium, sapphire, magnesium fluoride and calcium fluoride as the substrate. The peak value of the filter can reach more than 90%.
