Product Introduction

  The main material of the KQ41C ceramic ball valve is A105. The internal structure in contact with the medium is made of ceramic material. Its chemical stability and hardness are extremely high (Rockwell hardness HRC90). As an on-off valve, the KQ41C ceramic ball valve only needs to rotate the ball 90° to open or close. The ceramic ball valve is suitable for wear and corrosive media transmission pipeline system. The ball valve has extremely high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance, and has good heat insulation performance and small thermal expansion. The sphere is manufactured with advanced grinding equipment and technology. The ball has high roundness accuracy and good surface quality. After interfacing with the valve seat, the self-lubricating properties of ZrO2 ceramics can be used to achieve good sealing performance. Good wear resistance makes the valve durable. The ceramic ball valve of KMO uses structural ceramic materials with excellent performance, which makes it have unparalleled advantages of ordinary metal or plastic valves. The product has extremely high reliability and long service life, which is 2-4 times that of other valves under the same working conditions.
