Now，the dust is super easy to produce and hard to control in the production process of material stacking and storage, transfer, loading in different industries such as cement, iron, mine,thus,causing serious environmental pollution.

Faced with such a terrible situation, HuiJin Dry-fog Dust Suppression technology, using the ultrasonic produce a fine fog of water to capture and condense fine dust, to directly suppress the dust at the starting point of dust and avoid the fly-dust.The dust is effectively controlled with not significantly increases the moisture content in those material which the dust come from.

The technology principle

1 Collision and Aggregation

 Using pressure to atomize water into tiny drops, the tiny drops become micro-fog around the dust producing area. Large amount of dust produced during operation will be wrapped in the water mist, the inelastic collision occurs between micro-mist and dust particles.

2 Absorption-growth

 The micro-mist is absorbed by dust then growing into heavy particles.

3 Drop-down

 The heavy particles drop-down to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
