Low pressure variable vane pump instructions:

• Direction of rotation: clockwise (from the end of the shaft) for the standard, counterclockwise for the special style. The confirmation of the direction of rotation can be checked by the instantaneous starting motor.
•  hydraulic oil: 70bar or less, the use of 40 ℃ viscosity 30-50cSt (ISO VG32) of the hydraulic oil.70bar or more, the use of 40 ℃ viscosity 50-70cSt (ISO VG32) of the hydraulic oil.
• Drain pipe pressure: the drain pipe must be directly connected to the tank under the oil surface, and the configuration of the back pressure should be maintained below 0.3bar.
• Working oil temperature: continuous operation of the temperature of 15-16 ℃.
• Axial fit: The axis error of the shaft and motor shaft is 0.05mm and the angle error is 1 degree.
• Suction pressure: The suction port pressure is -0.3bar to 0.3bar.
• Displacement adjustment: adjust the displacement, the first to adjust the nut, and then adjust the adjustment screw, turn right to reduce the flow, while the left is increased, adjust the screws, please tighten.
• pressure adjustment: turn right to adjust the pressure screw, so that the output pressure is reduced, turn left is increased.
