Product Description
Various types of hydraulic motors are supplied: QJM series steel ball motors, YLM Series Five Star Motors, MS curvilinear hydraulic motors, GM series 5-star motors, BM series cycloidal motors, W series cycloidal motors, XZ series crawler walking motors, K series hydraulic rotary transmission devices, etc.
QJM type radial ball plug type low speed and large torque hydraulic motor. It can be combined with various oil pumps, valves and hydraulic accessories to form a hydraulic transmission device, which can adapt to the working conditions of various machines. The hydraulic motor has such advantages as light weight, small volume, wide speed range, low speed stability, reliable operation, high impact resistance, high efficiency and long service life. It has been widely used in construction engineering, lifting transportation, heavy metallurgy, oil, coal mine, ship, machine tool, light industry injection molding, geological exploration and so on.
The main features of QJM hydraulic motor:
1, the roller body of the hydraulic motor is replaced by a steel ball by more than two rollers and crossbeams used for the general internal curve hydraulic motor, so the structure is simple, the operation is reliable, the volume is small and the weight is light.
2, the inertia of the motion pair is few, the steel ball is strong and reliable, so this type of hydraulic motor can work continuously under the impact load.
3, less friction, oil distribution shaft and rotor force balance ball piston pair through ball pad made of self-lubricating composite material transmission, and has static balance and good lubrication condition, the use of soft plastic piston can automatically compensate for the wear ring seal of high pressure oil, so it has high mechanical efficiency and volume machine, can stable running in low speed, large starting torque.
4. Because of the characteristics of the structure, the back pressure of the hydraulic motor is low, it usually needs 0.3~0.8MPa, the higher the speed, the greater the back pressure.
6. This type of hydraulic motor has two and three variable displacement, so it has a larger speed range.
7, simple structure, easy to remove repair, no special requirements for cleanliness, oil filtration precision can be selected according to the requirements of the supporting oil pump.
8. Apart from the shell and bearing type, the shaft of the hydraulic motor is generally only allowed to bear the torque, and can not bear the radial and axial forces.
9, with "T" type hydraulic motor, the center has through holes, the drive shaft can pass through the hydraulic motor.
10. The "S" type hydraulic motor has a mechanical brake capable of automatic opening and closing, which can achieve reliable braking.
11, with "Se" and "SeZ" type hydraulic motors, the start-up and braking can be controlled manually or automatically, with low control pressure, large braking torque, convenient operation and reliable operation.
