Introduction :

1, according to GB16915.1-2003, GB15092.1-2003 and IEC60669-1, IEC61058-1 standards such as the corresponding provisions of the design, for testing Mechanical life testing of household and similar switchgear products.    
2, the test machine connected with the power load cabinet, for all types of electrical life, normal operation and breaking capacity test
3, the test machine mainly for wall switches, rocker switch, dial plate switch, inverted switch, button switch and other linear motion switch for testing.

1, the test station: 2 (each station by the combination of two cylinders) (3-10 can be customized station)
2, stroke spacing: not less than 20mm
3, on time: 0 ~ 99.99 seconds adjustable (each station can be adjusted independently, or two station adjustment (associated operation))
4, off time: 0 ~ 99.99 seconds adjustable (each station can be adjusted independently, or two-position adjustment (associated operation))
5, the number of test: 0 ~ 999999 times adjustable (each station can be adjusted independently, or two station adjustment (associated operation))
6, work: pneumatic, independent operation of the various stations or related operations in two ways (associated operation, the two stations can share a load)
7, control: PLC controller + text display control
8, fixture: fixture seat can be up and down, left and right, before and after the move, apply to a variety of products
9, fault diagnosis: When the load short-circuit or open for some time (a one-time fault) or a number of times (instantaneous failure), that is issued an alarm, Cut off the load, with a number of off-record and record the number of failures
