Introduction

The composite dry and wet salt spray test chamber which tests corrosion resistance ability of the product, after painting, dope, galvanization, anodic treatment, rust prevention and so on to surface treatments for various materials. It is a corrosion test method which can spray the sodium chloride solution onto coated electroplating by atomizing spurts using in the salt mist testing machine.

The chamber with a 7 inch touch screen, programmable and support USB data derived out. Temperature range is 10-60C, humidity range is 30-98%RH, use PP + SUS316 stainless steel material, has better corrosion resistance performance, also equipped a compressor inside, power supply is 380V 6KW 50HZ.

Air supply system:

The air pressure is 1kg/cm2, two-stage adjustment.

The first stage is the imported pressure regulating filter with filtered water function. Then approximate adjust to 2-2.5kg/cm2, the second stage is the imported precision pressure regulating valve, adjust the pressure gauge to 1kg / cm2.

Spray method:

1. Using the Bernotte principle to take the salt water and then atomize it, the atomization degree is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which ensures the standard of continuous testing.

2. Nozzle: It is made of special glass nozzle, which can adjust the amount of spray and the angle of spray.

3. Spray amount: adjustable 1.5±0.5 ml 80cm2/Hr (16 hours average).

4. 40L large salt water storage tank, 48HR continuous uninterrupted spray.

Heating system:

The external hot air heating method, fast heating rate and short standby time, and the component damage rate is low.

Use S.S.R to control the heating power, the temperature is accurate, and the power consumption is small. (Electric heating tube adopts titanium alloy anti-corrosion tube)

Circuit control system:

1. The main controller use 7-inch LCD touch screen interface, and the main screen can plan the test program.

2. Fixed condition can be set the time to 0 - 999 Hour 59 Min.

3. Program mode can be set as salt spray and wet test at the same time.

4. With power-off memory device, the remaining programs can continue to be executed during power-up.

5. The temperature rise and fall can be used for rate control, and it has the function of self-correcting temperature and humidity reference points.

6. The temperature and humidity sensors are DIN PT-100Ω (platinum induction).
