Model BND-ZRS Glow Wire Test Apparatus
Introdution: Glow Wire Wire Test Apparatus BND-ZRS simulates a thermal stress situation to assess the saftey of plastic materials in electrical products.
Standard: IEC60695/UL 746A
Application: Doing flammability test for electrical and electronic products, household appliances ,luminaires,solid insulating materials and other solid combustible materials to find the ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability and flammability index (GWFI) of the materials.
Features:non-flame ignition;automation control systems;digital display.
Instruction:
Heating up the glow wire loop by large current to the testing temperature 550C ~ 960C for 1min, then to heat the sample with 1N force for 30sec. To evaluate the flame resistant properties of plastic materials used in electrical devices by observing whether the sample is ignited and how long the burning lasts.
