2. Technical requirements

1: The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 3620.1, and the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 3620.2 in case of repeated inspection.



2: The diameter or side length of hot-working bar and its allowable deviation shall meet the requirements of table I.



3: After hot processing, the allowable diameter deviation of cold drawn bar after turning (grinding) and cold rolling shall meet the requirements of Table II.



4: The out of roundness of the machined (ground) bar after hot working shall not be more than half of its dimensional tolerance.
