Xiamen Qiqiangsheng Moulds Co., Ltd. was established in 2004, located in the national industrial area- Kechuang Center in Xiamen, which is in the International Garden City, the products can be sent to customers by sea or air. It occupies around 6500 square meters. 

Tooling Shop

Injection shop equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment, such as machine center, high speed CNC, EDM, wire cutting machine, milling machines, grinding machines, lathing machine & injection machines, also we have 2D & 3D measuring machines for inspection, which helps us to make high-accuracy molds & meet every requirements of customers.

With 9 injection machines from 160~750 tons, which can meet mass production. Our main products include electronic, household appliance, medical, automotive, sanitary ware, sports goods, etc. We are capable to do the assembly for customers, if required.

After assembling mold, we paint anti-rust fog or grease on mold, then cover it with thin film and place it into a stable wooden 
box.

For Product

To wrap each part up with semi-transparent thin foam and put it into plastic bag first, and then place the products into cartons with thin sponge plates to prevent scratches. Or as per customer's request.

A: If you don’t visit our company or don’t have the third party for inspection, we can inspect the products for you. And we will feedback the progress to you by picture or video.
