Due to the high heat demand at the feed end, the bottom of the feed end is equipped with a fuel injection pipe and a high-pressure air mixing device, which plays a certain role in mixing the materials entering the blaster and prevents the materials from getting close to each other;

This kind of structure system has the advantages of less oil capacity, fast oil turnover rate and high oil quality.

Description: 1. The whole machine is made of 201 stainless steel;

2. The upper and lower net belts and the stirring wheels can be lifted together with the smoke hood, which is more convenient for cleaning;

3. In order to reduce the heat loss, a thickened aluminum silicate thermal insulation material is arranged between the inner tank and the shell of the blasting machine;

4. The mesh belt adopts stainless steel single spiral mesh belt, with stainless steel conveyor chain on both sides;

5. The two sides of the conveyor belt are equipped with baffle plates to prevent food leakage;

6. The motor speed is controlled by frequency converter, and the time is adjustable;

7. For the convenience of cleaning and maintenance, the machine adopts pneumatic lifting mode;
