Italian ATOS relief valve is a hydraulic pressure control valve, in the hydraulic equipment mainly plays the role of constant pressure relief, pressure stabilization, system unloading and safety protection.

Constant pressure overflow function: in the throttling regulation system of the quantitative pump, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow rate. As the system pressure increases, the flow demand decreases. At this time, the overflow valve open, so that the excess flow back to the tank, ensure the overflow valve inlet pressure, that is, the pump outlet pressure is constant (valve opening often with pressure fluctuations).

Pressure stabilizing effect: the overflow valve is in series on the oil return route, the overflow valve produces back pressure, and the stability of moving parts increases.

System unloading function: connect the solenoid valve with small overflow flow in the remote control port of the overflow valve in series. When the electromagnet is energized, the remote control port of the overflow valve will connect the oil tank and the hydraulic pump will unload. The overflow valve is now used as an unloading valve.

Safety protection: when the system is working normally, the valve is closed. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit (the system pressure exceeds the setting pressure), the overflow is started to protect against overload, so that the system pressure is not increased (usually the setting pressure of the overflow valve is 10% ~ 20% higher than the high working pressure of system zui).

In practice, it is generally used as unloading valve, remote pressure regulating valve, multi-stage control valve of high and low pressure, and sequence valve, which is used to generate back pressure (string on the oil return route).

Italian ATOS relief valve generally has two types of structure: 1, direct action relief valve. 2. Pilot overflow valve.

The main requirements of the overflow valve: the pressure regulating range is large, the pressure regulating deviation is small, the pressure vibrating pendulum is small, the action is sensitive, the overload capacity is big, the noise is small.
