 PFE series high performance vane pump has eight series and 75 specifications of single pump (pfe-31 / 41 / 51 / 32 / 42 / 52) and double pump (pfed-4131 / 5141). Its displacement range is 16.5-150ml / R, rated pressure is 21-30mpa, speed range is 600-2800r / min (on this basis, pfe-21 / 61 two series single pump, the displacement range is expanded to 5-250ml / R).
The pump is designed with unique technology and eccentric pin vane structure. It has a series of advantages such as high pressure, large flow, small volume, stable operation, low noise, high efficiency and long service life. This series of pumps are of plug-in structure. The optimum design of the movement further reduces the pressure, flow pulsation and noise. The front and rear side plates have the same structure and symmetrical grooves, and are hydraulically balanced to ensure consistent deformation and compensation, so that better volumetric efficiency can be obtained. The reasonable design of the oil supply system at the root of the blade and the pin ensures the good contact between the blade and the stator, and minimizes the flow loss.
