 Instructions for use:

1.this series of pumps are usually connected directly with the motor, not with V belt drive.

2.the shaft and the motor eccentric error of 0.05mm, angle error of 1 °.

3.the pump drain port must be directly inserted into the tank under the oil surface to prevent air from entering.

4.the direction of rotation of the standard pump clockwise (from the shaft side), can be instantly start the motor to check to confirm the direction of rotation.

5.The inlet and outlet of the pump are marked on the pump and can not be reversed. Otherwise, they will not absorb oil or damage the oil pump.

6.the vane pump has a certain self-priming ability, the general installation height of the pump H value of not more than 0.5m.

7.adjust the displacement, the first to adjust the nut, and then adjust the adjustment bolts, turn right to reduce the flow, turn left to increase the flow, adjust the must tighten the nut (variable pump).

8.adjust the pressure, the left turn pressure adjustment bolt, the output pressure is reduced, turn right turn, adjust the finished must be tighten the nut (piston pump and vane pump).

9. the new pump starts running, should be in the state without pressure to start the motor motor to remove the pump and the suction pipe in the air, to ensure that the system is excluded from the air can be in the state without load 10 minute.

10. before the start of the pump, from the pump injection port into the hydraulic oil, when the pump shell filled with oil and then start (plunger pump).
