Reflex Level Gauge Glass

Reflex gauge glass, also called reflex sight glass, reflex level gauge glass, boiler glass and reflex level gauge. The material of reflex sight glass is usually borosilicate glass and aluminosilicate glass. Our reflex gauge glass is polishing and tough. Reflex gauge glass has high mechanical strength and high resistance to alkali and acid characteristics. Another important factor of the boiler glass is transparency.

Reflex gauge glass is used to read the liquid level directly by eyes or industrial television. With the grooves, the reflex gauge glass has a few grooves which can make the level clearer and easier to be read.

Reflex level gauge glass is made from High Borosilicate, They are used in level gauge in boiler for water position. Reflex type one side facing the medium chamber is provided with molded grooves set at 90 degree angles. The molding process increases the resistance of the glass grooves to wear; the skin which the glass attains during molding gives it maximum smoothness and hardness.This makes it extremely resistant to the attack of boiler water.

It can be used with all media at service conditions up to 4MPa and temperature up to 430 degrees Celsius.

Accessories: Gaskets and mica sheet can also be provided together.
