System Introduction 

1. The equipment is designed with two boxes. The temperature and humidity inside are made by external air conditioning cabinet.

2. A built-in air system: refrigeration system, heating and humidity system. The system make qualified temp and humidity and inlet mixed gas into teeter chamber, then send to test chamber after processing.

3. The exhaust filtration system (Acid-base neutralizing chamber; Vapor filter chamber and Adsorption chamber) is proven that effectively filter acid gas.

4. To achieve uniform diffusion of inner chamber, the air enters to the bottom firstly then passes through deflector.

5. The exhaust port of the equipment is connected with the outside, so there is no need to be careful about the accumulation of residual gas in the laboratory.

6. The inlet port of the corrosive gas is Φ3mm.

Control System                   

1.Temperature and humidity controller adopts 7 inch "fiber" large screen - color LCD programmable microcomputer, PID control, SSR output operation. The operation simple: easy to edit the program; interface can simultaneously display the temperature and humidity, hydrogen sulfide, dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, Flow value of chlorine gas.

2.Accuracy: 0.1 ℃ (display range), resolution: ± 0.1 ℃

3.Temp sensor: PT100 platinum  resistance thermometer

4.Control mode: heat balance temperature regulation and humidity control, all electrical appliances adopt (Schneider) series products.

5.With the function of automatic calculation, the temperature and humidity change conditions can be immediately corrected.

6.The language is English and Chinese optional. The real-time running curve can be displayed on the screen with 100 sets of 100 segments, each section can be circulate 999 steps. The maximum value of each period is 99 hours and 59 points.

7.With RS-232 or RS-485 remote communication interface, it can design programs on the computer, monitor the test process and perform automatic switchboard functions.
