FREE-VALVE’s shape of T type strainer is like the letter "T",so it's called a T type strainer,T type strainers mechanically remove solids from flowing liquid ,steam or gases piping systems with perforated or wire mesh straining element, its are used in pipelines to protect pumps, steam traps, control valves, regulator valves and other process equipment.
